Robotics (Lego® Mindstorms® EV3 Robot programming) Grades 4-6
Using simple to advanced programming on Lego® Mindstorms® and EV3 robots, students build, program, and test their solutions based on real-life robotics technology. Students also develop team work and problem solving skills as they brainstorm through creative solutions. To accomplish these tasks they design, build, test and iteratively evaluate; continuously enhancing their skills while attempting to solve interesting problems or improving robot performance.

Electronics: *Grades K-6:
Students investigate and study components such as connectors, resistors, capacitors, sensors, switches, integrated circuits and motors using items found in their everyday life to create circuits. Besides those they also use easy to assemble Snapcircuit®. Using these building blocks of electronics, students built various projects such as alarms, flying saucers, an AM radio, light sensitive devices and many more. Build challenging projects and take part in mini electronic challenge tournament.

Science or Magic: *Grades K-6:
It was chemistry at its best with science experiments that looked like magic! Right from popping canisters to gooey slimy objects. Do you wish you had the Midas touch? How about having a Glow touch where you make every liquid glow! Have fun investigating the magic of science!

Scratch Programming: *Grades 1-6:
Program your own interactive game by learning basic to intermediate programming concepts using Scratch, an easy to use programming language. Scratch is a visual programming language that uses drag and drop coding blocks and helps students to learn programming concepts. Scratch is a project of the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the MIT Media Lab.

Stop Motion Animation: *Grades 1-6:
Students learn basics of stop motion animation using camera and movie making software. Working in groups, they have fun making a movie using various objects like clay, Lego® and everyday found objects. They are given a challenge to create a movie with given interesting objects, learn editing, add narration and background sounds and share direct to YouTube.

3DGame Design/Coding: *Grades 1-6:
Enjoy playing games? Create and design your own game! Have fun learning the process, on a smaller scale, of a real game d esigner’s constructive and development process. Students will use a visual programming language created for children that enhances their creativity, problem solving and storytelling. They learn the fundamentals of game design and programming by creating and solving problems, character behavioral changes and create games of different genres, including platforms, mazes and more.

Digital Animation: *Grades 1-6:
Like doodling? Make your doodles come to life in our animation class! Learn animation techniques, editing, different camera angles, backgrounds, music and sound recording and enjoy creating your own movie. At the end of the class, movies will be shared for family and friends to enjoy.

Minecraft Junior: *Grades 1-3:
Is a video game really just a video game? Or can it be used as an engaging STEM tool? This class uses the extremely popular game of Minecraft to teach students various STEM skills such as engineering, architecture, and logical thinking. Whether you are new or have been playing Minecraft, this class will help you build, create and design your own world! Have fun learning the fundamentals of designing and editing your world using a custom environment template. How will your world look?

Minecraft Modding: *Grades 4-6:
Build, create, mod, and have fun! Students will learn to edit, and mod to create custom items! This workshop uses the extremely popular game of Minecraft to teach students various STEM skills and goes deeper into game design, development, and modding. Have fun learning the process, on a smaller scale, of a real game designer’s constructive and development process.

Fashion Design: *Grades 1-3:
Learn the art of sketching designs, using accessories to mix and match and exploring various fabrics. Create a portfolio of your own designer originals or use from our designs.
